Feisty Brows wholesale accounts are available to approved U.S. retailers purchasing Feisty Brows-branded products for resale.
By applying for or using a Feisty Brows wholesale account, you agree to the following terms.
Wholesale Approval
All wholesale accounts are subject to approval by Feisty Brows.
Applicants must provide accurate business information, a valid business website, and a valid resale certificate.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Wholesale accounts are issued only to the approved business and may not be transferred or shared with another business.
Feisty Brows reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at its discretion.
Authorized Products
Wholesale pricing applies only to Feisty Brows-branded products specifically offered through the Feisty Brows wholesale program.
Third-party brands sold by Feisty Brows are not available for wholesale.
Authorized Sales Channels
Approved retailers may sell Feisty Brows products only through:
- Their own business website
- Their own physical retail location
Retailers may advertise and promote Feisty Brows products through their business social media accounts.
Feisty Brows products may not be sold through third-party marketplaces or selling platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Temu, Faire, or similar marketplaces.
No Dropshipping or Secondary Resale
Feisty Brows does not offer dropshipping through its wholesale program.
Wholesale products must be stocked and fulfilled by the approved retailer.
Wholesale customers may not sell Feisty Brows inventory to another retailer, wholesaler, distributor, salon, or other business for further resale.
Wholesale Pricing
Approved wholesale accounts receive wholesale pricing on eligible Feisty Brows products.
Wholesale pricing generally begins at approximately 50% of the suggested retail price, subject to the cost and margin requirements of each product.
Wholesale pricing may change as product costs or the wholesale program evolve.
Minimum Orders
Current wholesale minimums are:
Opening order: $750 minimum
Reorders: $500 minimum
Minimum quantity: 2 units per SKU
Minimum-order and quantity requirements may increase as the Feisty Brows product line and wholesale program grow.
Current requirements will be shown or communicated at the time of ordering.
Retail Pricing & Promotions
Feisty Brows provides a suggested retail price for its products.
Retailers may include Feisty Brows products in legitimate temporary promotions, including storewide sales, seasonal events, loyalty offers, and limited-time promotions.
Feisty Brows products may not be permanently positioned, advertised, or marketed as discount or clearance merchandise without authorization from Feisty Brows.
Payment
Wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless Feisty Brows agrees to different payment terms in writing.
Shipping
Wholesale customers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or before an order is finalized.
Feisty Brows may limit wholesale quantities or temporarily restrict wholesale availability when necessary to protect inventory.
Products that are unavailable will not automatically be placed on backorder unless Feisty Brows specifically offers that option.
Order Cancellations
Wholesale orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not already shipped or entered fulfillment.
After that time, wholesale orders are final.
Feisty Brows may cancel and refund an unfulfilled order if inventory becomes unavailable or if the wholesale account violates these terms.
Returns, Damages & Order Issues
Wholesale orders are final sale.
Returns or replacements will be considered only for products that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Any issue must be reported to Feisty Brows within 5 business days of delivery.
Photos or other documentation may be required before a replacement, refund, or other resolution is issued.
Brand & Product Representation
Approved retailers may use official Feisty Brows product photography, logos, product descriptions, and approved marketing materials to promote authentic Feisty Brows products purchased directly from Feisty Brows.
Retailers may not alter or misrepresent:
- Product names
- Product claims
- Ingredients or materials
- Directions or instructions
- Packaging
- Branding
- Product information
- The appearance of official product imagery
Feisty Brows products must be sold in their original packaging and original condition.
No Exclusivity
Wholesale approval does not provide geographic, online, or territory exclusivity.
Feisty Brows may approve additional retailers in the same geographic area or market.
Resale Documentation
Wholesale customers must maintain valid resale documentation and provide updated documentation to Feisty Brows when requested.
Retailers are responsible for ensuring that all business and resale information provided to Feisty Brows remains accurate and current.
Account Violations
Feisty Brows may immediately suspend or terminate wholesale privileges for violations of these terms, including unauthorized marketplace sales, dropshipping, secondary resale, brand misuse, false resale documentation, account sharing, or misrepresentation of Feisty Brows products.
Feisty Brows is not required to provide a warning before terminating wholesale privileges.
Changes to the Wholesale Program
Feisty Brows may update wholesale pricing, minimum-order requirements, product availability, policies, or these Wholesale Terms as the business and product line grow.
Material changes affecting existing wholesale partners will be communicated when appropriate.
Governing Law
These Wholesale Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any dispute arising from the Feisty Brows wholesale relationship will be handled in the appropriate courts located in San Diego County, California.
